Volunteers Needed!!!
**COORDINATOR ROLES (Can be done alone or with a friend)
**BANQUET COORDINATOR: Work with swim liaisons to secure the banquet venue. Work with the venue contact to coordinate food, drink, dessert, decorations, team gifts, coach gifts, music, videos and athlete program within budget. Coordinate additional volunteers for set up and clean up.
SIGNUP GENIUS: One volunteer is needed to to create and post sign ups on the team website for volunteer requests (home swim meets, team dinners, etc).
**SENIOR DAY COORDINATOR: Coordinate theme/decorations, music, timeline, and senior gifts all within budget, as well as coordinating volunteers for event day help.
**TEAM PARTY COORDINATOR (2 Team Dinners): Coordinate a caterer or donations within budget, create theme, as well as coordinating additional volunteers to set up, clean up and serve food to athletes.
Dear Oiler Families,
Welcome to all new and returning swim families!
During the 2025 season there will be many opportunities to volunteer! This season the team will be hosting 3 home meets. To host a successful swim meet, the team relies on volunteers for timing in all lanes, snack bar donations and volunteering in the snack bar. In addition to the volunteers needed at the home swim meets, there will be additional opportunities during the season to host team dinners, and at the conclusion of the season, to help out with the team banquet. Supporter involvement is important in order to have a successful season. Please consider attending the Oilers ABC board meetings held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm, in the team room located on the pool deck. We look forward to seeing everyone on deck!
